Account and subscription helpAvailability and allowance
AI requires a verified account and confirmed trial or paid subscription access. When trials are available, eligible accounts get one seven-day trial with a card upfront, followed by the selected plan’s automatic first charge unless canceled before the trial ends. The $16.99/month and $189.99/year plans each include a shared $8 monthly AI allowance when subscriptions are available. The annual plan refreshes that allowance monthly. The trial has its own total AI allowance shown in Billing. Unused trial or paid allowance does not roll over, and there are no automatic overage charges.
Optional tools have additional service and permission requirements. If the app says a feature is unavailable, follow that message or contact support; this directory does not confirm that a provider is enabled.
